Friday The 13th Inspiration
Being Friday the 13th, I thought I might use this day as some inspiration to find beautiful black objects. Since most decor, clothing and items that fall into the category of “pretty” or “elegant” are generally colourful, pastel, pink or white, and therefore rare for one to associate black with the word pretty, it is almost an oxymoron, two opposites juxtaposed side by side. I thought I would attempt to find some items to transform “Friday the 13th” or “Black Friday” into a day not seen as bad, but instead, a different version of beautiful.
